It's been said before...

We had the pleasure of having Chef Mike Favacchia come into our home to prepare one of the best meals we have ever had for my husband's birthday. The tuna carpaccio left us wanting more and each guest got to choose between three entrees; A filet with a blue cheese crust, lobster mac & cheese, or chicken with fontina cheese & sun dried tomatoes .
